This award-winning practise offer a range of services including Architectural, Acoustics and Building Technology. Since establishing over 50 years ago, our client has developed a strong cliental and wide portfolio ranging between Residential, Retail, Education and Leisure. The successful Project /Senior Architect will lead multiple projects from inception through to completion within a variety of sectors. Our client are seeking a talented individual who has the ability to hit the ground running, therefore are require a Project /Senior Architect to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Project / Senior Architect Position Overview
Leading projects from inception through to completion within a variety of sectors
Producing high quality drawings using either Revit or AutoCAD
Liaise with clients and other professionals
Work on a range of exciting new build and refurbishment projects within a variety of sectors, including Residential, Educational, Retail and Leisure
Managing and mentoring junior members of staff
Working across all RIBA stages
Carrying out site visits
Project / Senior Architect Position Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years’ post qualification experience
Proficiency working with either AutoCAD or Revit
Project management experience, throughout all RIBA stages
Experience liaising with clients and maintaining relationships
Live in a commutable distance of
ARB registered
Project / Senior Architect Position Remuneration
Competitive salary ranging between £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience
