Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts, space planning, and architectural solutions for hospitality projects.
Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and ensure design feasibility.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, actively contributing to design discussions and problem-solving sessions.
Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on hospitality projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong design sensibility and a keen eye for detail.
Solid understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and documentation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interact with clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
