COVID-19 Micro Learning Activities on ECDC Virtual Academy
ECDC is pleased to offer a series of micro learning activities dedicated to COVID-19, the disease caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak. These micro learning activities draw upon two essential ECDC reports: “Guidelines for the use of non-pharmaceutical measures to delay and mitigate the impact of 2019-nCoV” and “Personal protective equipment (PPE) needs in healthcare settings for the care of patients with suspected or confirmed novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).” These materials are based on the latest knowledge of SARS-CoV-2 and evidence from other viral respiratory pathogens, such as SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, and influenza viruses.
