WHO WE ARE
The Lost Estate (TLE) is an immersive hospitality and arts company that brings classic stories to life, creating fantastical immersive worlds, packed with dining, mixology, theatre, and world-class performance.
THE ROLE
We seek an experienced and outstanding Head of Hospitality to lead our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class hospitality operation that is truly unique and one that our guests will remember forever. You will lead by example and inspire your teams to thrive and deliver. The role is also highly creative. You will collaborate with The Lost Estate Directors and its creative teams to craft our audience experience from initial ideation to show lockdown. You’ll be involved in creating every aspect of this, from seating plans to audience flow, to menu design to service timings and style to Front of House costume.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe that great Arts and Hospitality experiences can change lives. This role is for someone who wants to join that mission, by crafting the extraordinary guest interactions that begin such experiences. You will have at least 2 years management experience in events/arts/hospitality management. If you love the Arts and Hospitality and are seeking a fast-growing, mission-driven start-up, we can’t wait to hear from you.
WHY THE LOST ESTATE
The Lost Estate is one of the UK’s fastest-growing Arts and Hospitality brands. Over the past five years it has opened eight sold-out shows that fuse live music, high-end theatre, dining, and mixology to create a new entertainment category.
We love it here because we believe in what we do. Our mission is to bring extraordinary art and hospitality to as broad a range of people as possible. We think that belief and commitment is reflected in the quality of our workplace.
We are an ambitious, profitable enterprise, but we also make art for a living. At The Lost Estate, creativity comes as standard in every role.
You’re joining us at a key moment. In July 2022, we secured our first permanent premises – a massive former mannequin factory in Earls Court that we’re transforming into an Arts and Hospitality complex, complete with 220-seat immersive theatre at its heart. We believe it will become a London landmark and we want your help to achieve that.
