– Survey and prepare existing and proposed drawings
– Develop designs from concept to construction through RIBA stage 0-4
– Work closely with Architects to prepare and deliver client pitches
– Visit site to monitor construction projects
– Play a lead role in helping to improve business efficiency using the latest technology
– Work with the director to carry out research and implement new strategies
– Assist in the creation of marketing content including social media posts
We are currently a small team, but we have big ambitions! We are looking for someone who can take care of the above but is also interested in helping to develop the business (including a new product we are currently developing), grow the team and play a role in key decision making.
